Van is the best at making new clients feel comfortable! She is a master at her craft & is full of information and positivity to make you feel your best. I totally trust her with my face & recommend her to everyone I talk to.

Was waiting for an hour and a half just to be seen for five minutes altogether. Either don't book clients too close to each other, create a consultation fee (maybe that way the doctor will spend more time with his potential clients) and the walls are extremely thin, I shouldn't be able to hear what procedures and health problems someone is having but I could from the room next to mine. Worried that all rooms are like this and clients just openly hear about each other's private health information. I'm good.

I had an amazing experience for getting lip fillers for the first time. Van took the time to thoroughly explain and educate me which helped ease my anxiety and help me to know exactly what to expect. She took the time to really listen and analyze my lips to understand exactly the look I was wanting to achieve and she delivered exactly that. I definitely will be coming back to her!

Overall experience has been great. Lexi and Van are always very kind. They make sure I'm comfortable and take their time.

I spent over $24,000 on a few services, including a breast augmentation with mastopexy. My breast augmentation and mastopexy cost me a total of $9,600. My surgery was done on July 20, 2021. I'm very disappointed that after specifically going to Dr Williams to correct a botched symmetry job, by another surgeon; I have the same problem.

Dr Williams said it was the swelling and the breasts would even out. On my 12 weeks appointment he told me that my left breast had extra skin and would need to do a mastopexy. I told him several times how insecure I was about the botched boob job I had. He reassured me he would get as close as possible to symmetry. I reminded him that I might have extra fat on my left breast and he might consider using 2 types of implants. The same size of implants were used. I'm appalled and angry, that I just paid $9,600 for that procedure. Now I'm being asked to pay more money to have it repaired. My breast did not grow extra skin in 12 weeks. I just can't comprehend how that issue wasn't resolved during surgery. On top of this, my options are repair without anesthesia or repair with a sedative. Other than that, I think he did a good job with the other procedures.

My surgeon was knowledgeable and didn't try to push unnecessary options on me. I was nervous when I showed up to the Surgery Center and honestly feeling bad about my appearance. By the time Dr. Williams and I were done talking, I was relaxed and feeling much better about how I looked. I would and will, recommend him to anyone I know looking to make a change; they'll be in good hands.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr.Williams made me feel comfortable explained everything and did not seem rushed. The Coordinator was very nice and answered all questions.

Dr. Stevenson and all his staff are absolutely GREAT! I'm a 52 year old woman who has been debating a tummy tuck and breast reduction for the last couple of years. I wanted to make sure I 100% ready for an elective procedure and needed to trust the surgeon.

Luckily for me Dr. Stevenson was referred to me by a friend who also had a tummy tuck done by him. It's never easy exposing your body to complete strangers, especially when your not happy with it. But I felt totally at ease and very comfortable with Dr. Stevenson and his staff. I'm now 7 weeks post-op and recovering well from my tummy tuck and love the results so far. Not only will I be back next year to have a breast reduction, but I will Defiantly be referring my lady friends that need procedures done to Tri-Valley Plastic Surgery. Friendly and helpful they did leave stickers that were supposed to come out, I went back for my routine appointment and they saw they didn't remove them all. So I had to endure the pain of taking old stickers out again, which was really painful became they were dry and old

This is the second time I have been in for a consultation and each time I felt like a patient and not just a number. The office is clean and refreshing the staff is young and vibrant. The lightning is perfect. The doctor listens, speaks and answers questions. I have been to others and have really been concerned when I left to a point of reconsideration of any type of plastic surgery but with Dr. Williams I am ready to move forward.

My appointment began 45 minutes late. When I was finally able to get started, the girl felt rushed. Additionally, my 50 dollar deposit did not go toward my appointment like I was originally told.

Every time I visit Tri Valley Plastic Surgery I am greeted with a genuine “hello”. The staff is so nice and provides space for questions before a procedures. I went in to get Restylane Kysse lip filler and Alexa and Jasmin were consummate professionals. This was my first time getting lip filler and they explained what to expect before, during and after the procedure. I'm excited to see the final results! It's day 2 and my lips look great!

The facility is what you expect a plastic surgery/med spa to be--very clean and bright. When I first arrived to the medspa, no one was at the desk.

A few moments later I heard someone walking down the hallway and she was not very friendly at all--from your social media page, I recognized her as Lina. She looked at me up and down and checked me in and acted as if I was a bother to her. Overall not the best first impression, which was disappointing. The PA Alexa was super nice and informative during my consultation! She was super knowledgeable, encouraging, and I never felt pressured. I wish the pricing was better explained because when I was given the print out for what I wanted done, no one explained things thoroughly. It was confusing to see a down payment amount of $750 mentioned on the printout pricing but then the receptionist told me to ignore that and mentioned I would need to pay the entire total at my first visit. Overall, the review of the pricing, hours of operation and scheduling could've been more detailed. Also, the front desk staff could've been more friendly. I ended up scheduling my procedure with someone else because the other office was just friendlier and explained things a bit more.

I am going to be 69 in October I noticed I didn't recognize myself in the mirror and hated how I looked on Zoom, my sister referred me to Ven at Tri Valley Plastic Surgery. I went for a consultation and began with botox on my 11's and around my eye smile lines. I loved my results! I also have been hating my lip area, although I never smoked I had sever upper lip wrinkles ( drinking from a straw for many years) Ven listened to what I was hoping to achieve and nailed it! I am beyond thrilled with the results.

During my first post op the room had an uncomfortable chair. I mentioned it to the first nurse (who made me feel as if I had cooties or it was out of her scope to help patients out of their garments).

Maybe she was having a bad day but hell so was I! Mentioned it to dr Williams he said the same thing - stand up. Why have a chair in the room if you want patients to stand? I didn't mind waiting to be seen but the least you can do is make it comfortable and an empathetic nurse who's ready to work and not just take photos. Suggest a different chair or lower it. Really that simple. And no, patients should have to figure it out. The saving grace was the nurse that helped that me put my garment back on and gave some helpful tips.

I'm highly upset I was told one price in the room by my nurse When I paid I was charged a lot more I'm a hairstylist if I give one price before I start that's what I'll charge I don't up the price and say I used a different product that's better. I only had a limit on my card I've been working with now I had to go over limit. Not happy at all

I do not recommend this place. Unfortunately, I wasn't given a clear explanation when I scheduled my follow up with Van. I had my lips done and I noticed a week later, one side was flat. I called her office and spoke with Van and she told me to wait 5 weeks for a follow up. Mind you I paid over $1000 for my tear through and lips. I came again for my follow up and she insisted that I pay more. I paid for her services and I have to pay more for her mistake? Now I have one side of my lip flatter than the other thanks to her. Not recommending her at all. Terrible job.

I've been going to TriValley Plastic Surgery for injections and Surgey for the past two years. I've found my spot, no need to look any further. Van does my injection, and after going to her, she's the only one I will go too. Van is knowledgeable and a pro how to correctly administer injections. Excellent, except for one small thing: I think it was a big mistake to schedule me for only one hour for covid, pre-op with the Dr., numerous forms, and an ekg. This mis-scheduling made me 40 minutes late for my facial at the fabulous MedSpa which had to be shortened to only half an hour. I was not in the position to re-schedule it for later that day or another day. I recommend scheduling be reviewed ahead of time and patients be given the time they need.

My experience was a 10 out of 10. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and their COVID safety protocol was adhered to from the beginning to when I left. Alisa and I spoke about my concerns and she suggested some options. The hydrafacial left my face glowing! My friends noticed it the next day. Jasmin did amazing on my lips! I'm a first timer; never had anything done on my face and was a little nervous. Jasmin consulted me with different options and what she recommended. She didn't try to forcefully sell me certain things and understood my priority to start with just lips. My lips turned out amazing! She really accented my current lips with only 1 syringe. I chose to not have numbing and I felt zero pain. Only a tiny bit of discomfort but nothing unbearable at all. I'm looking forward to coming back in a few months for touch ups!

The team was outstanding!!!! One amazing thing was I have a fear of needles and every time a nurse tries to insert an IV, they typically can't get it in on one try but Ms. Courtney was FANTASTIC!!!!! She was so gentle and made me feel so comfortable. We talked about exercise and and laughed some and before I knew it, the IV was in and I never felt it!!! She was the best in all the surgeries I've had over the years.

I was shocked with the charge. I was not expecting to pay $750 for just a Botox. If she disclose It to me in the beginning, I probably won't do it. Last time I had it done, I only pay $600. I was just very disappointed. Plus she did not put an ice before she did the injection to avoid the pain and bruises.. My forehead has bruises and my left eye corner for 3 to 4 days. I have touch up in 3 weeks but not sure if want her to help me again... but for sure I won't go there again unless the first person who helps me last year still works there.

Every time I go to TVPS, I'm so well taken care of by Van, Dr. Williams, and his staff. Dr. Williams is always a delight and addresses all of your concerns. I went in for a consultation about severe under eye lines due to genetics and age, and also wrinkles around my eyes and eyebrows. Jasmin was amazing! Absolutely LOVE Dr. Williams and his staff. I was wanting to do a third BA due to issues with the first 2. 10 years ago I had my first BA and went from a small B to a very large 780cc saline implant. They stretched and drooped so bad that I would not let my husband see me without a bra. 4 years ago I went back to the same surgeon and he did a lift and pocket repair, but said that I did not need new implants. BIG MISTAKE!! It didn't even take a year before my breasts were once again drooping. After extensive research on Realself, and through the research of a friend, (she received a BA from D. Williams) I decided to make an appointment. Then COVID hit and I cancelled my consult. I did send in pictures to Dr. Williams and he told me that I would probably need a lift again. Because I, of course, knew best and since my first 2 experiences were not good, I looked around. Scheduled a few virtual visits with other surgeons, and went to my first. They didn't show up. Said there was a scheduling conflict. REALLY!! I cancelled my second virtual visit with the other office. Went back to Dr. Williams office and he actually called me. We discussed my options, asked why I didn't want another lift, and answered all of my questions. By this time, I was able to schedule an in-person consult. An already long story short, many, many questions asked and answered, I scheduled my surgery. Decided to do the lift, pocket repair, (again), implant exchange to silicone, and an internal bra. Here is the kicker to all of this. I am a smoker. After reviewing all of my paperwork by his office, they called me to verify this. Then Dr. Williams called me and he voiced his concerns. NEVER have I received such personal care from my first doctor. We decided to forego the lift, but did perform a tightening of the skin below my nipples. I am now 3 weeks post-op and could not be more happy. I went with Mentor Memory Gel, High Profile, Galaform Internal bra, pocket repair and the tightening of the skin. I have the upper pole fullness that I was looking for, and the recovery was NOTHNG!!! The first 2 times I was a horrible mess for more than a month. THANK YOU Dr. Williams and your staff for truly having my best interest in mind and for exceeding all of my wishes.

If possible I would give more than 5 stars. All the staff at Tri Valley Plastic Surgery has been amazing. This has by far the best pre-op, surgery and post -op experience I I have ever had. Dr. Williams is AMAZING, so easy to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease about the entire process. Annie and Laura in the office are very responsive and helpful with any questions or paper work. My pre/post op nurse Jazzmine was amazing she was very attentive and kept me clam prior to surgery. Dr. Kahn the anesthesiologist went above and beyond when he called me the night prior to my surgery to introduce himself to me and asked if I had any questions or concerns, the day of surgery he came in prior to surgery and went over everything he would be taking care of during my surgery which was very reassuring. I am only 2 weeks post op today from a mommy make over and already thrilled with my results. I have had much less pain post op than I expected and recovery has been very smooth this far. Van has gifted hands! She truly is remarkable with her injectables. She's super attentive, never makes you feel rushed, and has a conservative style with her injectables. I had my mouth laceration fixed by Dr. Williams. I am not a very strong person when it comes to getting anything done from the doctor but just the first entrance to the building, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. When dr Williams started the process of stitching my cuts I let him know that I will be putting my music on since I do not want to know what they're doing to me. lol . He was very gentle and his assistant was so nice and made sure that I was doing a good job staying still haha. I will definitely recommend them.

Dr. Williams is amazing. The RN for POST OP at his office was awful 03/02/2020 time 9:07am Observations: the look of disgust she gave me when she walked into room. No compassion in her eyes. Not sure if it was the outfit she was wearing that made her act like I was a virus. I had surgery on Friday and Post Op was Monday I had no energy to dress up so I wore Pjs to appointment. When I asked simple questions such as when to remove tape she said to use Aquaphor to make the peeling off easier, but she did not say time frame when to do this. Front Staff : Hispanic receptionist was rude on first appointment. She stated they had no restrooms when I asked if I could use the ladies room. Also when I check-out of Post Op and ask for Dr. Williams email address where to send progress pics, she gave me the annoyed expression, then she went into fluster mode and said just email Annie Young. RNS at surgery center were super nice.

Physician Assistant Van Cam is a serious medical professional and also an artist. Front desk staff is warm, friendly, and helpful; and the space has lovely ambiance. I have a background in medical aesthetics, and after my dear RN friend and colleague retired, it was hard to find a place and a person to trust for my "lady treatments." PA Van Cam is top notch to the degree that I regularly bring my own mother to see her too.

Everyone was so nice. The experience was amazing as everything was explained to me about the procedure and there was time for questions. Alisa followed up with me the day after the procedure which shows the lever of care of her work and her customers.

I honestly don't like the waiting period. For my every appointment I was scheduled, I was made to wait approx an hour which really affected my days' schedule. Plus having family memeber wait for me outside was frustrating for the member. Time is precious for all of us and for the high amount of money we spend, losing time should be least of our worries.

So please please work on that. So far, I have done just one treatment and Olivia was great! Very professional and sweet. Was open to all questions and comments.. I hope my future treatments are great as well. But I would suggest that patients are given an honest heads up about the pain caused during a procedure Just so we are prepared and take a painkiller before hand! I didn't expect I would feel the amount of pain I did. If I was better prepared, I would have certainly taken a painkiller before hand.

Dr Tanya Judge and the staff at Tri Valley Plastic Surgery are terrific. I was definitely nervous undergoing my first surgery but they put me at ease, kept me well informed before, during and after my procedure and were very helpful. I've always wanted a fuller and more uplifted look without always having to wear a bra with my tops and dresses. I searched the net and found Dr. Steven William's and his office Tri-Valley Plastic Surgery. Flew out to San Francisco,CA for a consultation and discussed my desires. Dr. Williams is knowledgeable, understanding, and extremely professional. I then returned back for the surgery and everything went excellent.

I have zero bruising and just a few little red dots on my skin - I did not need a cooling pack or anything afterward. If you need some wrinkles smoothed, I highly recommend Olivia to sort you out :) Also: The office is beautiful and bright, super easy access off of Dublin Blvd near Heritage Park and plenty of parking spaces. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I took a chance on Dr Tanya Judge, not finding one review for a Blepharoplasty surgery (eye-lift) that she performed. She explained everything in detail and then some, including all my questions. Not so with the Doctor at Blackhawk. She has a terrific bed-side manner, soft spoken, and seemingly honest. I am not healing as quickly as I would have hoped, past the left black eye and still some swelling (2 weeks as of yesterday), I am so far pleased. Make-up helps. I knew it would take me more time to heal considering I did heal slowly from a previous black eye 15 yrs ago (fell into the edge of a door). She had also explained before the surgery that each individual heals at different speeds (in so many words). I didn't want to post a review until I was completely healed, but so far I like what I see and would include a picture if I was able to.

This place is like the best kept secret.

I had a wonderful experience at Tri Valley. I originally came in with someone to support them while they had a lip filler with Van. I was so impressed that I booked a consultation for myself for filler to the under eye area. I met with Olivia who explained everything and answered all of my questions. I knew Dr. Williams was the right choice for me from the start. I, of course, did my research to make sure he was board certified and read his reviews but when I met with him, it really sealed the deal. He was clearly knowledgable and trustworthy but also patient and kind, which isn't something you always get with doctors.

I had so many questions (I had two consultations!) and he never rushed me or seemed bothered. He took the time to explain everything to me to ensure I was comfortable. There was quite a bit of time between my consultation and surgery due to travel I had planned, so my scheduling process wasn't as smooth as I believe it would have been. They were also in the process of opening their new facilities so my experience was a little unique, I think. Other than that, his staff was friendly and helpful and comforting every step of the way (even post-op). I would recommend Tri Valley Plastic Surgery to anyone in consideration.

I had a procedure (fat transfer to my face) scheduled. Before the procedure, I just happened to mention to Dr. Williams that I had tickets for a concert that evening. Not knowing what really lay ahead after the procedure, Dr. Williams suggested not doing the procedure as scheduled but coming back the next day. And, as he listened intently concerning my apprehension with the possible discomfort involved, he also suggested sedation rather than local numbing. I am so glad that I followed his advice and moved the procedure to the following day. The concert was great and the discomfort was minimal. Dr. Williams and his staff truly care about their patients and their patient's success in all procedures. By the way, I am a breast cancer survivor. Dr. Williams did a tummy tuck and breast reconstruction for me in March, 2017. I couldn't be happier with the results. As Shania Twain says, "Man, I feel like a woman!"

Post op visit

I would recommend Tri Valley in a heart beat. The reception area is comfortable and with the phamplets/ T.V. there is plenty of information available. The staff is exceptional.

Every time I visit Tri Valley Plastic Surgery, whether for a consultation, a post-op meeting, or another type of service, I feel welcomed and like a part of the family. I have received excellent results from Dr. Williams and love my facials with Alisa!

I'm glad that Dr. Williams suggested I sleep on my back kind of sitting up, and to keep icing my lips. The swelling is not as bad. And I feel my lips are shapping up fast, because of that suggestiln. It's almost been a week since my procedure, but I like my results so far!

Dr Williams is very down to earth and yet professional. I am only 5 days post op and can tell my results will exceed my expectations. Dr Williams and his staff listen to the patient and conform the care to meet the patient's needs. No cookie cutter approaches here. Every patient at this practice is seen as an individual with their individual needs. Dr Williams' staff spends a great deal of time with preoperative teaching. They reinforce and or modify this teaching post op.

I am very happy with my tummy tuck and breast lift that was performed on 2/5/2016. I had extra skin on my breasts and tummy from pregnancy and gravity that made me feel less confident about myself. Post surgery, my breasts are perkier than they were even before having kids and my tummy is flatter before having children, too. I truly appreciate Dr. Williams' care, precision and perfection in his work. At one point my breast scars were not healing right and he offered to revise them, as well as further correct my symmetry. I couldn't be happier. And if I decide to have any surgery in the future, there is no doubt I would choose Dr. Williams again.

An injury I had became necrotic and I was lucky to have had Dr. Williams called in as the consulting surgeon. As an RN, I have very high standards. My experience with Tri Valley Plastic Surgery went really well. The staff is very friendly and my procedure having two areas of Cool Sculpting done back to back which entailed 2 hours was a piece of cake. I can't wait for me to start seeing results! The only thing I would add is in the procedure room they should install a small flat TV screen above the cabinets, so you have an option to watch TV. I brought magazines and my tablet, so it wasn't bad but would have preferred TV in the room.

I love this place,I've had implants and injections (botox) Dr. Williams is extremely professional and listens to what you want but also adds his professional opinion as well. Dr. Williams is the best well-kept secret in the Valley ! I can not say enough good things about him. He really listens to what you would like to have done, is extremely respectful and his manners are impeccable. His talent in the operation room matches his intrapersonal qualities. The care and attention that you receive from him and his staff are exceptional. I will definitively recommend him/them to whoever is searching for a great cosmetic surgeon.

I have never experienced a bad moment at Tri Valley Plastic Surgery. Getting a facial is magical. The atmosphere in the room puts you in a far away place, which is always tropical for me, very soothing. I try to do a different facial each time that I schedule, but I do enjoy the pumpkin facial! The treatment is devine and Alisha is a delight. Very knowledgeable in products and will offer a good product best suited for your skin.

Gret experience so far; Kim has great bedside manners and is very professional and always makes it a comfortable experience for me. The results of my lAser hair removal has been incredible! Within the first two treatments, I could see visible difference! I was a little unsure at first given that I've heard mixed reviews about laser treatment on south Asian skin, but I'm glad I went with tri-valley and the results are absolutely incredible! I will highly recommend this place to everyone looking for laser hair removal!

I received a treatment from Kim. I was extremely happy with the way she addressed all of my questions and concerns. I have visited other places where I feel my visit is rushed. She took the time to make sure I was 100% comfortable with my procedure and also that I walked out happy and confident with it. She is extremely knowledgable and ensures that her patient is getting the best suitable treatment. She followed up the next day to make sure all was well and to answer any additional questions that I might have had. Definitely the place you want to go if you are a first time patient or if you simply want to receive the best service around!

I am not giving 5 stars yet only because I am still healing. However, at this point in recovery I am thrilled! Dr. Williams and staff are professional, courteous and understanding. Bedside manner is refined and gracious. Only 5 days out of surgery and I have 6 friends wanting to see the Doc!! I'm truly thankful and impressed with The team!

The tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast reduction was a big decision for me. I did lots of research and visited with several facilities before finding Tri Valley Plastic Surgery. After visiting with several plastic surgeons in the Bay Area I chose Dr. Williams for my BA. From the moment I met Dr. Williams I felt comfortable and knew that I would be taken care. His overall demeanor is so caring and compassionate. I told him he was like an "Angel" in disguise. I am now 2 weeks post-op and absolutely love my results (my breast are still swollen but are looking amazing) and I feel great.

I would recommend him in a heartbeat. If you want someone who truly cares and listens to you Dr. Williams is the person to go to. Dr. Williams is one of the finest cosmetic surgeons in Northern California and I consider myself lucky that he was my surgeon for my recent lipo and fat transfer surgery. The surgery went exceedingly well and I am doing very well in just over one week. Dr. Williams is not only well trained in his profession but he has the most fabulous personality, quite, soft spoken and oh so kind. Fast, painless, easy! Had my first laser treatment to remove this annoying red dot on my nose...I think I was in the chair for a total of two minutes. Everyone was so friendly! I will have to go back a couple more times to get it completely gone, which is no problem because I can just go back on my lunch break :)

Dr. Williams is amazing! I have never felt better about myself and would absolutely refer him to friends, family and anyone looking to improve their self esteem and over all look. I work out on a regular basis and I just could not get rid of the baby bump (as I call it) due to multiple C-sections. The scar tissue was actually starting to hurt and had built up a pocket of fat that was hindering weight loss in that area.

Now it is completely gone and the stomach muscles that I have are so noticeable that I get complements almost daily at the gym. When I sit down I don't even have a single roll in my stomach :) I also had a Brazilian butt lift that turned out so AMAZING that words wont even explain. I wish I could post pictures on this site to show the wonderful results.. I can say that Dr. Williams listens to what your ultimate goal is and is honest with you if what you are looking for is achievable or not. I really like the honesty, because previously being a plastic surgery patient elsewhere and not receiving results that were promised was a huge disappointment! He is also so meticulous about scars and about making sure everything is just perfect! I am definitely a patient for life! Thank you Doc! You are AMAZING!!

The team at tri-valley is great. It started with the 1st phone call with Tracy. The vibe I got from her over the phone made me more at ease about moving forward with the consultation. My husband and I met with Dr. Williams for the free consultation. He is a very warm, friendly, smart, informative professional. I was sure I chose the right Dr. I immediately cancelled the other consultation I had with another doctor. My mother is a retired health care professional and came with me to my pre-op appointment. Dr. Williams ask her if she had any questions and to my surprise she pulled out a notebook of questions. Dr. Williams smiled and answered each question patiently and to hr satisfaction. Whether I met with Kim or the Doc himself, I was seen promptly for every single appointment. This was very important to me, as most of my appointments were during my lunch time at work. Even my surgery started right on time. Lastly and most importantly, I am VERY PLEASED with my results and would not hesitate to use Dr. Williams and team again.

I had a tummy tuck and liposuction on my arms and legs in September 2013. I was an overweight child and my weight has fluctuated for years. No matter how much weight I lost or how hard I worked in the gym, I had a sagging sack of loose skin for a stomach and I hated it. I battled that stomach for 20 years. Having a tummy tuck was such a blessing! I now have the flat stomach I've always dreamed of and I am so happy when I look at myself in the mirror. Dr. Williams is wonderful and all the staff are super friendly and caring. Getting my tummy tuck was the best thing I've ever done for myself!

Although I won't know the results of my CoolSculpt session for a month, I appreciate the care I received. She was caring and concerned about my comfort. The only advise I would give is to add removeable arms to the chair to make it more comfortable since each CoolSculpt session lasts one hour.
