How Do I Get Rid of Pregnancy Fat? Tri Valley Plastic Surgery

i have 3 kids and a doctor i saw says i need tummy tuck surgery. i was given a lot of steriods during all 3 pregnancies and full bed rest. i dont want to be perfect, only shaped up. my main concern is the pubic area and the hips. no matter what i do i can not lose these areas. would smartlipo help with these issues and be less costly? should i try regular lipo and eat the cost? or maybe i should just continue not be happy with my reflection a little longer until the cost come down?

However, be careful - trying to "get the best bargain" can lead you to practitioners that are under qualified or inexperienced which can lead to complications or unsatisfactory results. Also, be cautious of going with a cheaper procedure rather than what your physician recommends. That's not to say you shouldn't explore alternative to initial recommendations - in my practice we encourage patients to ask questions, speak with other surgeons and do the research. But it is important to realize that if you really do need a tummy tuck - liposuction may be the wrong choice for you - even if it is cheaper. An abdominoplasty typically does more than liposuction in that it removes excess skin, tightens and repositions abdominal muscles AND removes fat. Liposuction removes fat (there may be SMALL amounts of skin tightening). If you have excess skin and get liposuction - you are likely to have more excess skin after the lipo is done. Always do your research, talk to several board certified plastic surgeons but be cautious to not let trying to find a bargain talk you into the wrong surgery. I hope this helps.
